Refund policy
Hey bestie,
Because each item at JHEK & Co. is made to order just for you, we don’t keep inventory on hand — which means we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for things like size, color, or buyer’s remorse.
But! If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please reach out within 10 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. 🤎
Here’s what we’ll need from you:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A short note describing what happened
Once we have that info, we’ll review it right away and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Please remember that colors may appear slightly different on screens vs. printed items, and minor variations in placement are normal for print-on-demand products.
