If you’re contacting us about an order, please include:

• The name and email used at checkout
• A brief note explaining what’s going on (and photos if it’s a damaged or misprinted item)

Because each piece is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for any reason other than a damaged or misprinted product.
If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 10 days of delivery with photos of the problem — we’ll always do our best to fix it.
