Yes! Every item is made just for you when you place an order. This helps reduce waste and keeps our process eco-friendly. It also means each piece is unique and made with love.
🧵 How long will my order take to arrive?
Our production partners usually take 2–5 business days to print and prepare your order. Once it ships, you’ll get a tracking email.
Shipping typically takes 5–10 business days in the U.S., depending on your location.
📦 Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our items are made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for size or preference.
However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 10 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
👕 How do I find my size?
Each product has a size chart listed on the product page.
If you’re between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up — cozy > constricted every time. 😉
💌 What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Oh no — we’re so sorry that happened! Please email us at jhekandco@gmail.com within 10 days with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll review it right away and send a replacement if needed.
🚚 Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we primarily ship within the U.S., but international shipping is coming soon! 🌎
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other secure checkout options through Shopify.
